Border Fine Arts has created this resplendent commemorative figurine to celebrate the enthusiastically anticipated wedding of His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales to Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey on 29th April 2011.
Created by Master Sculptor, Ray Ayres, ‘Serene Journey’ features a commemorative plaque marking the special occasion and is produced in a Limited Edition of 500. Ray chose mute swans as the subject due to their royal links, as well as their symbolism of long-lasting love, which is why the swan’s necks form a heart shape on his piece.
