Lilliput Lane Christmas Feast
Hereford, Herefordshire. This impressive building can be found on St Peter's Street and is the last surviving relic of what used to be a row of shops called Butcher's Row, hence our proud butcher standing in the doorway. Built in 1621, it has had many uses over the years, from butcher's shop to grocer's and saddler's to bank, before finally becoming a museum. The other buildings in the row have since been demolished and our property has stood alone since the mid nineteenth century. Our butcher is keeping a close eye on the dog that is ever hopeful of some scraps.
